A passive solar food dehydrator that uses the sun's energy to dry fruits, vegetables, and herbs for long-term storage without electricity.
Instructions
1. Build a box frame with plywood 2. Create shelves with screen material 3. Build removable door for access 4. Paint exterior black to absorb heat 5. Install clear polycarbonate top at an angle 6. Add ventilation holes at top and bottom 7. Position in sunny location for best results
