Instructions
1. Select a well-drained hillside location 2. Excavate area to desired dimensions 3. Construct retaining walls with concrete blocks 4. Build entrance with door 5. Create shelving for food storage 6. Install ventilation pipes for air circulation 7. Cover with earth, leaving entrance accessible 8. Add drainage system around exterior
